FYNK operates under a light-touch governance model suited to an early-stage independent platform. The Founding Convenor holds editorial authority and strategic direction. A rotating, unpaid Advisory Circle of 4–6 regional figures provides guidance — not control. Advisory Circle members are selected for regional credibility, sector diversity, and intellectual alignment with FYNK’s principles.
